JackSkellington YardDecoration by kaedralynn JackSkellington YardDecoration by kaedralynn
Here is my 10-foot-tall yard decoration for Halloween: Jack Skellington from the Nightmare Before Christmas. I constructed him with 2x4s, a lot of staples, a lot of hot glue, a mask, bubble wrap, skeleton arms, pinstripe fabric, and white fabric. The link below will give you an idea of how I made him:

Thank you very much! I don't know if I'm going to be able to keep him... might have to sell him to someone local. Everyone always knocks on my door and asks me where I bought him; they want one. And I'm like, it's an original baby, sorry! :)

I think this is fabulous and innovative, screw the proportions! I don't even want to think about how many hours went into this bad boy, have to say that they're all well worth it.
Good on yah!!

Thank you so much!

I swear to God, hot glue & the hot glue gun are the best crafting tools created. I use it for EVERYTHING. It's how I put the fabric on Jack; I've used it in my car, used it to glue my headphones together when KRAZY GLUE wouldn't work!, I just use it for everything.

...ok, enough rambling ;)

Point is, thank god for hot glue and staple guns, 'cause that's the only way this thing got done.

Thanks for your comments!!
